That being said, I remember my first week at the gym I was doing spider curls on the reverse side of a preacher bench. The bar slipped out of my hands, the weights which weren't clamped all slid off, the bar crashed onto the chair of the bench knocking it off, which fell on my water bottle causing a mess. The hottest trainer at my gym (who I oggled all the damn time) gave me the sharpest "WTF" look as she jump scared. I could feel my cheeks turn red so I threw the weights back on the bar and held my breath as I pumped out some reps to make face look red from exhaustion, not embarrassment. Never again lol.
